About Dokreativ

Dokreativ is a Bengaluru-based product engineering studio. We design, build, and ship custom web applications, mobile apps, and AI products for startups and enterprises across India and worldwide. Our leadership brings experience from global organisations, including an ex-PwC Engineering Lead and an ex-VP from Infosys, and our clients trust us with everything from focused websites to large-scale custom platforms.

We have strong, growing inbound demand across multiple channels. We're looking for someone to own those conversations and turn client interest into long-term relationships and successful projects.

The role

You'll drive new business from both directions: convert the leads that come to us, and go out and create new ones. On a given day you might reply to a fresh inbound enquiry, research a list of target companies, send cold outreach on LinkedIn, and jump on a discovery call. You own the front of the pipeline end to end. You'll close our website projects yourself and team up with the founders on the bigger custom builds, learning how to run those deals as you go.

This is a real revenue seat with room to grow. If you're hungry, you follow up well, and you're not afraid to start conversations from scratch, you'll earn well and move up fast.

What you'll do

  • βœ“Convert inbound leads from our marketing campaigns, website, and referral partners. Reply within minutes, not hours, the first 5 minutes decide most deals.
  • βœ“Build an outbound pipeline: research and find startups, founders, and businesses that need custom software, then reach out to them.
  • βœ“Run cold outreach over LinkedIn, email, and other channels. Personalise it, follow up, and book calls from a cold start.
  • βœ“Qualify every lead, inbound or outbound: their business, what they need, budget, and timeline.
  • βœ“Book discovery calls, and run the simpler ones yourself once you've ramped.
  • βœ“Close website projects end to end, and co-close the bigger custom builds with the founders, who handle the technical scoping.
  • βœ“Send clear proposals and quotes, then follow up until you get a decision.
  • βœ“Collect the deposit and hand off cleanly to the delivery team.
  • βœ“Keep a clean target-account list and CRM so nothing slips, and report on what's working.
  • βœ“Hit a monthly revenue target across both inbound and outbound.

What success looks like

First 30 days

You know our services and offerings well, you're converting inbound within minutes, and you've built your first target-account list and started outreach.

First 60 days

You've closed your first deals from both inbound and outbound, with a repeatable outreach and follow-up rhythm.

First 90 days

You're consistently hitting target across both channels and feeding us insight on what converts.

Who you are

  • βœ“Outstanding communication in English, first and foremost. You write clearly, speak with confidence, and people warm to you fast over chat, email, and calls. This is the single most important thing we're hiring for.
  • βœ“0–2 years of experience, freshers welcome. Sales, support, or any customer-facing work is a plus, but attitude and communication beat a long CV.
  • βœ“Comfortable starting conversations from scratch. You'll happily reach out to someone who has never heard of us, and a 'no' doesn't rattle you.
  • βœ“Fast and organized. You reply quickly, follow up relentlessly, and never let a lead go cold.
  • βœ“Curious about tech. You don't need to code, but you should be keen to learn enough to explain a website or app and ask good questions. We'll train you on the rest.
  • βœ“Hungry and self-driven. You chase the deal without being chased.

Nice to have

  • βœ“Experience selling web, app, design, or development services, or selling to founders and startups.
  • βœ“A network you can tap, or experience with outbound on LinkedIn.
  • βœ“Familiarity with CRM, lead-management, and scheduling tools.
